Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Which types of businesses do you work with?

I work with founders, executives, and team leaders across industries who need clearer documentation around how their operations actually function.

What problem does LiveDoc Solutions solve?

LiveDoc Solutions helps businesses turn operational knowledge into clear, living documentation.

This includes documenting frameworks, workflows, and systems so operations are no longer dependent on memory, interpretation, or informal knowledge transfer.

The result will be a living database that contains documents reflecting how your business actually runs and your expectations for any and all areas such as marketing, accounting, recruiting, etc.

We’ve invested in training or consultants before. How is this different?

This is not advisory-only or training-based work.

LiveDoc Solutions designs the operational infrastructure uniquely tailored to your business and you receive a structured, living documentation database that reflects how your business operates. This typically includes:

  • SOPs and workflows
  • Decision logs + frameworks
  • Role clarity + responsibilities
  • Templates + repeatable processes
  • System architecture aligned to your tools
  • Training Guides + KPI Indexes
  • Recruiting procedures + profiles
  • Marketing guidelines + brandkit

The return is operational control and a reliable source of truth. This shows up as:

  • Reduced decision fatigue
  • Faster onboarding and delegation
  • Fewer errors and rework
  • Clear ownership and expectations

How much does it cost to work with you?

LiveDoc Solutions is a subscription based platform. Kameela is currrently working with founding clients to create free databases for their business. If you’re interested, please click the link above to schedule a demo today.

How do you figure out what my business needs?

I begin by learning how your business actually operates today. This includes reviewing any existing resources, understanding workflows and decision points, and identifying where documentation is missing, outdated, or unclear. From there, I define documentation priorities and next steps.

Can you work with my business if we’re not very tech-savvy?

Yes. I focus on clear, accessible documentation that teams can understand and maintain without relying on complex tools or technical expertise.

Can you help if my business is just getting started?

Yes. I also work with early-stage businesses that want to document operations intentionally from the beginning, as well as established organizations that need to formalize undocumented or outdated processes.

Do you offer ongoing support after you set things up?

Optional documentation maintenance is available for clients who want support keeping documentation current as their business evolves. This support is limited to documentation updates and revisions, not operational execution.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a meeting with you?

Meetings can be canceled or rescheduled with advance notice. Specific policies are shared at the time of booking and outlined clearly before any engagement begins.

Do we have to meet in person, or is this virtual?

Most engagements are conducted virtually.

In-person sessions can be arranged for clients who require deeper team alignment, leadership sessions, or implementation workshops. The format is determined based on what best supports the business structure.

How do I get started?

Schedule a free demo. I will review how your business currently operates, identify where documentation gaps exist, and walk you through exactly what a documentation build would look like for you.
